High concentration of hydrogen cyanide (HCN) detected by DOE in Kg. Bukit Koman!
According to Health Protection Agency (HPA),
Exposure to low concentrations may result in a range of non-specific features including headache, dizziness, throat discomfort, chest tightness, skin itching and eye irritation and
hyperventilation. With more substantial exposures, features may include severe dizziness (near syncope).
Exposure to a massive concentration of hydrogen cyanide gas may render an individual unconscious within seconds and may lead to coma and death within minutes.
Since high concentration of HCN detected frequently in residential area, what's DOE explanation and what will DOE do next?
